Another interesting note.  We have an average of 13 spam account registrations on the forum every single day.  Due to the new e-mail requirement, they never get past the account activation stage.  I can't even imagine how many spam posts we'd have every morning if we would've left registration open without the e-mail requirement.

I've attached a screenshot of the user registration log for the past day and a half.  Over 19 registrations in only 32 hours!

The website as whole had [b]19,407[/b] total hits yesterday from approximately 300 unique IP addresses.  I think that might be a new one-day record.  The vast majority of those hits were for the forum, but a handful of them were directed at the [url=http://www.TWNCommunications.Net/Other]Other[/url] directory where I keep all of my miscellaneous crap or the other random web pages I'm hosting but not actively maintaining.

Checking out the referrers is always my favorite part.  These show what pages people were on when they clicked a link to view the forum.  Some of my favorite referrers this time around were the searches for "Jason Briney" and "Pheromone Flies in the Wind".

I wonder if they're related?
