Are any of you guys planning on seeing Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed next weekend?  We should find a theater that is somewhat central to all of us and plan a road trip.

I definitely want to see the movie, I wonder if there will be protests maw ha ha.

Dead Alive would be ok to do.  For a Peter Jackson flick there isn't much of a plot.  The lawnmower scene is like 5 minutes in length and there's zombie sex and crazy zombie baby.  It's a perfect example of what those campy B horror movies would be like if they were backed by Hollywood.

If you guys ever decide to cover retarded TV shows, here's a candidate for your first episode:

Quote:
CBS Axes Reality Show After 1 Episode

NEW YORK (AP) -- The secret talents of celebrities will remain hidden. CBS is axing its new reality show "Secret Talents of the Stars" after only one episode.

The first airing Wednesday had former "Star Trek" actor George Takei singing "On the Road Again." Only 4.6 million people tuned in - and thousands tuned away as the hour continued.

The reality show also had Clint Black doing standup comedy and Mya tap-dancing. Danny Bonaduce is among the celebrities whose secret talents will be kept to himself.

CBS officials say news programming is expected as a temporary replacement.

Who ever would've thought this show could fail?  Come on, can't you just feel the raw potential this has?

The more and more I learn about George Takei and his gayness and his weirdness...the weirder I feel.  After all I did watch him with his shirt off and holding a sword!

Best:  Akira and Appleseed, hands down.
Worst:  Straight-to-DVD sequels to classic Disney movies.  Thanks for raping our childhood, Disney.

Spanky, you should note that Stewie never specified "traditional" theaters.  I'm sure the $0.25 per minute truck stop "theaters" will pass muster!

Just make sure its not an anatomically correct mickey mouse doll or Bob will have to relive past horrors.

What do you guys think of Quarantine?  It looks like Cloverfield meets Zombie Flick, which isn't a bad thing in my book...
