Wth Fantasy Grounds on sale on Steam, is there any benefit for purchasing it vs what we already use?

There are two basic models for Fantasy Grounds:

  • DM w/ ultimate license, players don't need a license
  • DM and all players have a full license

Since I've got the ultimate license, buying your own license doesn't get you anything in my campaign.  However, if you want to run your own game down the road, getting a Fantasy Grounds license on sale is a good bet.

Also, if you pick up a license and any of the books (e.g. Player's Handbook), you can run your own copy of the software at any time and browse through the book.  It's not a very friendly format for long-form reading, but something that might appeal to you.

(...might hold out for the Christmas sale.)

I squeeeeeeeed like a little girl when this trailer dropped.  I'm super excited!  I will have to dust off the Rift and give this one a try.

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice, books, and programs for getting into Bitcoin?

I don't have any great recommendations for books or programs, but I'd be happy to chat with you about it.  My thoughts are probably a bit dated at this point, but I'll share everything I know!

I actually plunged right in.

Exodus is the wallet used and Cash App is the better/easier buying routes I've found.  I'm not really into giving Jack from Twitter more money but hard to argue with effective applications.

I'm looking into just using the rig as it currently is to mine.  Not looking to get a 8 card unit and pump it out but use it for something good during down times.

If you're still in the mood to chat about it, I'd greatly like that just to figure out what you have to say about it.

Has anyone switched to a different web browser recently?

I cannot give up Chrome due to the excellent Remote Desktop.

However, I've been testing out a few others like Edge (yes, I'm shocked to) and Brave.  Wondering if anyone else has gone away from Chrome.

I'm still rocking Firefox like it's 1999.  I occasionally have to use Chrome at work and it's... fine.  But Firefox FTW.
