It's about a group of youths who drive the speed limit, 55 mph, on a highway....whose speed limit is....55. Their point is to show why going the speed limit on this highway is stupid. There's a great part with a white van. X

	It's so true though, people going the speed limit on the highways are usually the ones who cause the freaking accidents in the first place.....Defensive Driving = BAD.
